Undergraduate Diplomas in Stitching & Tailoring,UGC Sponsored Add on courses in communication skills,fashion designing,Internet Application, Office management and Secritarial practices.The College has honours in the subject of English,Hindi,Political Science, Commerce,Punjabi and Sanskrit,Computer Aided Accountancy and journalism & Mass Communication are being initiated to keeping in mind the changing scenario.What makes S.D. so exclusive and every of other institution is its being excellent in academics.This year maximum numbers of most coveted and top ten positions were attained by our students.Every year our student excel in university examination. Our students participate in co-curricular activites and win prizes. The college is proud of the students who bring laurels in every field. The College gives provisions to a host of other activities like NCC,NSS,Personality Development Cell,Red Cross Cell,S.D. Rotract unit ,Placements.Alumni Association of the college keeps a track record of its old students and remain active throughout the session with interation and meetings.In the core block a gymnasium with all latest gadgets is functional and provides ample oppertunities to the health conscious students. Auditorium fitted with projector and computer gives an ample oppertunity to the students to give computer based presentation.
